This panettone is made entirely by hand with natural sourdough and goes through more than a 48 hour fermentation process. The result is a light and soft product that will literally melt in your mouth, and is free of any preservatives or additives.

The classic Panettone is the typical Panettone of tradition. Our Panettone has a double leavening of more than 48 hours , it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with Sultanina Raisins and inside you can find the black specks of Bourbon vanilla. The structure is extremely soft , the taste is elegant yet bold. It is a very rich Panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality ingredients. It does not contain preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, as tradition dictates since 1882.
